nLogic is seeking a Help Desk Analyst I to join the DoD HPCMP and AFRL DSRC support team at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. You will serve as a Tier 1 Help Desk technician for HPC engineering and operations, handling user questions and tickets in a 24/7 support environment.
Responsibilities include responding to HPC user inquiries via multiple channels and utilizing the HPC Help Desk system to ensure timely resolution while supporting weekend and holiday coverage as mission needs dictate.

The successful candidate will serve as a Tier 1 Help Desk technician for HPC engineering and operations.
Responsibilities will include providing timely and accurate response to HPC user questions and trouble tickets using the HPC Help Desk ticketing system. The successful candidate will field user inquiries via phone, email, and directly in the HPC Help Desk ticketing system while supporting the 24/7 User Support team.
