TEKsystems in Greensboro, NC is seeking an Application Support/Help Desk Analyst to provide IT support to end users across North America. This is an onsite contract position based in Greensboro, working five days a week.

You will diagnose and resolve technical issues, deliver prompt support via phone, email, and chat, and guide users through step-by-step solutions while recording interactions in the help desk system.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
