Job summary

Messer in Bethlehem, PA is seeking a Technician to process gas orders in a safe and efficient manner for timely delivery to our customers. The Technician will work effectively in a team environment with a minimum of supervision, maintaining positive relationships with Messer customers and employees.

Under the supervision of the Plant Manager, you will monitor operations, ensure product quality, and support safety and production targets in a high‑pressure transfill environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely fill high pressure cylinders and tube trailers.
• Monitor processes and identify corrective actions for quality.
• Maintain production records and logs.
• Contribute to site safety through active participation.
• Assist with start-up and shut-down operations per instructions.
• Support security and housekeeping practices.
• Communicate safety and production issues to management.
