Qualifications

• Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate required.
• Helicopter instrument rating required.
• Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate required.
• Minimum 2,000 total flight hours and 1,500 helicopter hours required.
• Minimum 1,000 helicopter PIC hours and 1,000 turbine helicopter hours.
• 200 helicopter night flight hours required.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Transport patients and medical teams safely between locations under supervision of medical staff.
• Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatches and comply with FARs and Air Evac Lifeteam procedures.
• Maintain accurate Air Evac Lifeteam and regulatory documentation and record keeping.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners.
• Provide shift change information to the next pilot and team.
