Job summary

REACH Air Medical Services is hiring a Helicopter Pilot to provide medical air transport services. You will join a team that emphasizes safety, rapid response, and patient care, with a 7/7 schedule and on-duty housing.

You must meet extensive flight-hour requirements and hold a rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate, instrument rating, and Class II medical. The role offers strong starting pay, plus sign-on and retention bonuses, and growth opportunities within GMR.

Qualifications

• Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate.
• Helicopter instrument rating.
• Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate.
• 2,000 Total Flight Hours.
• 2,000 helicopter flight hours.
• 1,000 helicopter PIC hours.
• 1,000 turbine hours.
• Minimum 100 cumulative hours of instrument flight time.
• Minimum 200 helicopter night hours.
• 230 pound weight limit with flight gear.

Responsibilities

• Work with a team of medical experts to safely transport customers to and from locations and facilities
• Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatches as described in the appropriate manuals, including all FAR and Company requirements, and maintain aircraft cleanliness
• Maintain accurate Company and regulatory documentation and record keeping
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners
• Provide shift change information to successive pilot and team following protocol for recording Company change board details
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training

• Starting salaries from $97,635-$107,398 including 10% Geo Modifier
• IFR Allowance adds another 5K
• Lead Pilot Allowance adds another 5K
• 15K Sign-On Bonus, subject to eligibility
• Retention bonus plan ($40,000 after 42 months, plus additional retention bonuses upon completion of program milestones)
• On Duty Housing
• 7/7 Schedule

Aircraft Experience

• Previous Airbus EC135/H135 or similar aircraft experience preferred, but not required.
