Air Methods in Somerset, PA seeks a Rotor Wing Pilot to support Conemaugh MedStar Somerset operations, ensuring airworthiness and complying with FAR/AIM/GOM within an assigned area. The position follows a 7 days on/7 days off, 12-hour shifts, with a focus on safety and teamwork.
Required are rotor-wing flight hours and FAA Commercial/Instrument ratings; a two-year degree is preferred and a bachelor’s is a plus. Air Methods offers a comprehensive benefits package and relocation support.

Responsible to ensure aircraft and weather conditions are airworthy to transport medical crew and patient to receiving hospital within an assigned operational area. Responsible for compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR), Aeronautical Information Manual (AIM), General Operations Manual guidelines (GOM), and thorough knowledge of Air Methods policies and procedures.
