Job summary

Air Evac Lifeteam is hiring a Helicopter Pilot to provide medical air transportation services. You will work with a team of medical experts to safely transport customers to and from locations while ensuring aircraft readiness and compliance with FARs.

The role offers a $15,000 sign-on bonus, $40,000 retention bonus after three years, on-duty housing, and a 7/7 schedule. Minimum requirements include a rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate, helicopter instrument rating, FAA Class II Medical

Qualifications

• FAA Commercial Rotorcraft Certificate is required.
• Helicopter instrument rating is required.
• FAA Class II Medical Certificate is required.
• Total flight hours: 2,000; 1,500 helicopter hours; 1,000 helicopter PIC hours; 500 turbine helicopter hours.

Responsibilities

• Transport patients safely with a team of medical experts.
• Maintain aircraft readiness and comply with FARs and Air Evac Lifeteam requirements.
• Maintain accurate regulatory documentation and records.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, flight crews, facilities and partners.
• Provide shift-change information following established protocol.
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training.
