Job summary

Global Medical Response is hiring a Helicopter Pilot to provide medical air transport services with Air Evac Lifeteam. You will join a mission-critical team delivering rapid, safe patient transport and care in varied environments.

The role requires current rotorcraft FAA Commercial certificate, instrument rating, medical certificate, and extensive flight hours. A 7/7 schedule, on-duty housing, a $15k sign-on bonus, and retention bonuses are offered.

Qualifications

• Current rotorcraft FAA commercial certificate.
• Helicopter instrument rating.
• Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate.
• Total flight hours: 2,000.
• 1,500 helicopter hours.
• 1,000 helicopter PIC hours.
• 500 turbine helicopter hours.
• Night flight: 100 hours unaided or 50 unaided with 100 hours aided.
• Weight limit: 230 pounds with gear.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport customers with a medical team to locations and facilities.
• Ensure aircraft readiness for dispatch per manuals and FARs.
• Maintain accurate Air Evac Lifeteam documentation and records.
• Communicate and collaborate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners.
• Provide shift change information to the next pilot and team.
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training.
