Corporate Air Center, located in Northwest Washington, seeks an experienced Airframe & Powerplant certificated mechanic to join our maintenance team. We work on a range of aircraft from light singles to jets and helicopters, with a clean heated facility and monthly tool allowance.

We offer paid medical, dental and vision, holidays, vacation, and a 401K. Own tools are required, and overtime may be available.

• Experience on single and twin-engine airplanes and light helicopters
• Inspection Authorization not required but a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, maintenance, alterations, modifications and servicing of aircraft and components per FAA and manufacturer instructions and standards
• Uphold high workmanship standards in all duties
• Troubleshoot defects using practical problem‑solving and complete tasks safely and accurately
• Be computer literate and able to communicate effectively with coworkers and customers
• Participate in other duties as assigned

Description

Corporate Air Center, located in Northwest Washington state near the beautiful San Juan Islands, is seeking to add an Airframe & Powerplant certificated mechanic to our maintenance team. We are a Full service FBO providing aircraft maintenance, management, flight crews, and all services required to keep aircraft flying safely and on time. We are a diverse facility with aircraft ranging anywhere from light single to jets and helicopters. Our facility is growing in size and we are seeking more quality mechanics to keep up with the demand.

We are seeking an experienced A&P (IA rating would be a big plus) to become the latest member of our team. Currently we are in need of mechanics with experience in piston singles, light twins, light to medium jets. We offer a clean heated facility, uniform service and monthly tool allowance. We only work Monday through Friday day shifts. Some voluntary overtime is occasionally available. Own tools are required.

• Pay is commensurate with experience
• Preform Inspections, maintenance, alterations, modifications and servicing of aircraft and components in accordance with FAA and manufactures instructions and standards
• Uphold a high standard of workmanship in all duties assigned
• Use common sense and problem-solving skills to trouble shoot defects, complete assigned tasks / expectations in a safe, accurate and timely manner
• Must be computer literate and proficient
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with co-workers and customers
• Other duties assigned
