Air Evac Lifeteam is seeking a Helicopter Pilot to support medical air transport services. The role emphasizes safety and teamwork across dispatch, flight crews, and medical staff, with a strong focus on regulatory compliance and aircraft readiness.

Qualifications

• Current rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate.
• Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate.
• Helicopter instrument rating required.
• Minimum: 2,000 total flight hours; 1,500 helicopter hours; 1,000 PIC hours.
• Night flight: 100 hours unaided (or 50 unaided + 100 hours aided).
• Weight limit 230 lb with flight gear.

Responsibilities

• Transport customers with a medical team to locations and facilities.
• Ensure aircraft readiness for dispatch per manuals and FAA/Air Evac Lifeteam rules.
• Maintain accurate flight logs and regulatory documentation.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners.
• Provide shift-change information to the next pilot per protocol.
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training.
