Qualifications

• Clinical degree highly preferred, including RN, LVN, LPN.

• Experience in medical record review, onsite or fax/mail.

Responsibilities

• Perform provider/practitioner medical record reviews for HEDIS.
• Document abstraction findings in HEDIS database tool.
• Meet daily abstraction production goals and quality requirements.
