Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (preferred), 3+ years in quality improvement or healthcare, strong data analysis and Excel skills, and excellent communication. Fluency in Vietnamese is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 3+ years in quality improvement or healthcare.
• Familiarity with HEDIS measures, specifications, and reporting.
• Proficient in data analysis and Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in Vietnamese (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HEDIS and risk adjustment data reporting with IPA/MSO.
• Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate across departments to implement quality projects.
• Assist with audits to ensure data accuracy.
• Summarize data with trend analysis for provider education.
• Attend health plan meetings as requested.
• Stay updated on HEDIS specifications and industry trends.
• Other duties as assigned
