Job summary

Glocap Search seeks an Investment Analyst to support research on global hedge fund markets and investment managers. You will develop ideas, perform due diligence, and build robust financial models to monitor portfolio performance.

You will prepare investment recommendations for the Investment Committee and clients, monitor market trends, and maintain industry relationships. Travel about 10% for meetings and conferences is expected.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in the financial industry, hedge funds or allocator context preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficient in financial modeling and portfolio evaluation using Excel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on global hedge fund markets and investment managers.
• Develop investment ideas, conduct due diligence, financial modeling, and prepare written recommendations.
• Build and maintain complex investment models to monitor performance.
• Prepare reports and presentations for the Investment Committee and clients.
• Monitor market trends and economic developments relevant to the portfolio.
• Develop and maintain relationships with industry professionals.
• Travel occasionally for manager meetings and conferences.
