Wellington Management seeks a Hedge Fund Co-op to support the Hedge Fund Group’s strategy and day-to-day operations. You will engage in business planning, reporting, and process improvements across Equity Long/Short, Macro, and Credit strategies.

The role offers exposure to business management, strategy, and the investment process lifecycle within a leading investment firm. Northeastern students are eligible for this program.

• Support annual business planning and strategic initiatives for the Hedge Fund Group
• Develop management reporting and business performance metrics

• Support AI-enabled productivity initiatives and adoption across the platform
• Prepare materials for management discussions and strategic reviews
