Job summary

Titan America, LLC, part of the TITAN Group, is seeking an experienced Truck Maintenance Helper to join our Richmond, VA facility. The role involves repairing and maintaining mixer trucks, loaders and other heavy equipment to maximize uptime.

Responsibilities include diagnosing diesel engines and hydraulic systems, performing PMI inspections, and ensuring safety with proactive maintenance programs. Travel between local sites may be required up to 100% of the time.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years related automotive or commercial vehicle repair experience or training.
• Proficient in diagnosing and repairing diesel engines, hydraulic systems, suspensions, drive-train components, electrical, A/C, air brakes, and computer diagnostics.
• Past experience with preventive maintenance inspections and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance and repair of mixer trucks, loaders, and other heavy equipment.
• Diagnose and repair diesel engines, hydraulic systems, suspensions, drive-train components, electrical, A/C, air brakes, and computer diagnostics.
• Analyze blueprints, drawings, orders and diagrams to troubleshoot, repair and install equipment.
• Perform daily preventative maintenance inspections, repairs and scheduling.
