V2X seeks a Heavy Truck Driver to coordinate support times and movements for requesting units. You will supervise loading/unloading, conduct inspections, and ensure safety and DOT compliance across routes, including overnight trips. A Class A CDL and clean driving record are required, with ongoing maintenance of certifications.

The role involves managing cargo, documents, and basic repairs, while following DOT safety standards in a dynamic, field-based environment at Fort Bragg and beyond.

Qualifications

• Safe operation of heavy trucks and trailers in various weather conditions.
• Compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
• Maintenance of licensing and medical certifications as required.

Responsabilités

• Inspect vehicles and trailers, report defects, and arrange maintenance.
• Load, unload, and secure cargo per procedures.
• Plan routes using maps and maintain logs and load documentation.
• Perform emergency roadside repairs and basic vehicle maintenance.
• Adhere to safety procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
