WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Command trucks, modular trailers, and heavy haul vehicles like a pro
• Assemble, disassemble, load, and unload high-value equipment
• Execute transport plans with military-grade timing and accuracy
• Perform routine maintenance to keep the fleet in top shape
• Read work orders and transport plans like a blueprint for greatness
• Build trailers with hand tools to prep for epic hauls
• Inspect gear, tires, and lashing equipment for safety and certification
• Keep safety front and center while delivering results
• Travel far and wide—because the big stuff doesn’t move itself
• Supervise crews

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Hands‑on experience with trailers, rigging, and heavy equipment
• Sharp communication and situational awareness
• Basic math, hydraulics, and mechanical know-how
• English proficiency (verbal and written)
• Safety training and certification to Mammoet standards
• Bonus points for experience in civil engineering, construction, offshore, ports, or mining
• At least 10 years in a technical or transport environment
