Job summary

ITL is part of the S&K Technologies, Inc. family and seeks a Rigger, Heavy or Tall Tower (HOTT) to perform advanced rigging and tower construction on large structures. This role involves extensive travel and deployments that may last weeks or months, with work on days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

The position emphasizes safety, lift planning, and collaboration with tower crews, foremen, and project managers to deliver complex projects safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Meets or exceeds five years of direct experience in heavy or tall tower work.
• Experience rigging with gin poles and crane-assisted operations.
• Ability to follow lift plans, procedures, and customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Performs advanced tower erection, modification, dismantling, and heavy lift activities on tall structures.
• Supports both top-side and ground-side rigging, including lift sequencing and load control.
• Reads drawings, rigging plans, lift plans, and contract documents for field execution.
• Maintains fall protection and safety procedures while working at elevated heights.
• Mentors Tower Technicians and coordinates with Foreman and site leadership.
• Operates vehicles and transports equipment as required and reports progress.
