Job summary

Accurate Staffing is seeking a Machine Attendant for a hands-on manufacturing role in Charlotte, NC. Shifts available: Day 7:00 AM–7:00 PM or Night 7:00 PM–7:00 AM, 2-2-3 rotating schedule.

You will trim and finish molded plastic parts, inspect quality, document production, and help keep a safe, clean work area. The ideal candidate has at least 3 months of manufacturing or machine attendant experience; injection molding experience is preferred, must be able to roll up to 450 lbs, and demonstrate

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months of manufacturing or machine attendant experience.
• Injection molding experience preferred.
• Ability to work at a pace consistent with machine cycles.
• Ability to roll up to 450lbs.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Work with larger plastic products such as pallets, totes, and waste containers.
• Trim and finish molded plastic parts.
• Assemble and imprint products per order requirements.
• Inspect parts and complete quality checks regularly.
• Monitor machine production and report any issues or defects.
• Maintain accurate production documentation.
• Keep a clean and safe work environment.
• Support team members and assist with training when needed.
