Job summary

The JF Petroleum Group is seeking a field service technician in Norfolk, VA to support distributed fueling infrastructure projects. You will work under the HM Lead, Lead Technician, or Service Manager to meet customer expectations and respond quickly to service needs.

Daily tasks include completing on-site paperwork and maintaining equipment to a high standard. Responsibilities extend to installation, maintenance, and repair of fueling locations—hydraulics, electrical systems, pumps, and related

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Valid driver's license.
Able to operate a 90lb jack hammer.
Familiar with computer operations and able to learn software.
Work after-hours.
Able to obtain / maintain certifications.
Must be eligible to work in the United States.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand 8–10 hours daily.
Drug screen, criminal background check, and MVR if driving.

Responsibilities

Work under the HM Lead, Lead Technician, or Service Manager to meet customer expectations and response time objectives.
Close assignments and complete paperwork as they are completed from the job site.
Maintain company equipment in a good working standing.
Assist in installation, maintenance, and repair of fueling locations and equipment.
Install and terminate communication and electrical wiring as required.
Ensure safety practices and certifications are maintained.
