Job summary

SkyWest Airlines in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Parts Clerk to support the Manager of Aircraft Spares and Essential Maintenance Providers. You will manage canned parts, maintain SkyTrack data, and assist in planning Heavy Maintenance Spares for aircraft.

Responsibilities include coordinating with purchasing groups, tracking parts, preparing for meetings, and ensuring serialized components are returned promptly. Candidates must be 18+, hold a HS diploma or GED, and have a valid US driver's license.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Willing to travel as needed for Heavy Maintenance Spares Support.
• Pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and preparation of parts and spares for Heavy Maintenance Program projects.
• Track and manage all canned aircraft parts using an Excel spreadsheet (SkyTrack).
• Update No Buy List and request purchases or expedite parts as needed.
• Collaborate with on-site SkyWest Heavy Maintenance Technical Representatives, Essential Maintenance Providers, and the Spares Department.
• Perform duties as assigned by the Manager of Spares.
