The position offers a Monday–Thursday schedule, with a pay rate of $21.00 per hour and comprehensive benefits. Experience with large production equipment is preferred, along with strong troubleshooting, math skills, and safety

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Technical training or coursework in mechanical, manufacturing, industrial, or maintenance fields is a plus.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and Windows applications.

Responsibilities

• Set up, modify, and tear down production equipment to meet product testing requirements.
• Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot operational issues.
• Make mechanical adjustments to achieve required product specifications.
• Conduct equipment inspections and support process improvements.
• Safely operate large-scale manufacturing machinery.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to support pilot plant operations.
• Maintain accurate records and follow safety and quality procedures.
