Automation Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking dependable Heavy Industrial Production Workers to join our manufacturing team in Pelham, AL. You will assist in producing precast concrete bridge supports, barriers, and other structural concrete products in a heavy industrial setting.

The role requires performing physically demanding tasks, following strict safety procedures, and working Monday through Friday from 5:00am to 3:30pm with overtime as needed to support production schedules.

Qualifications

• Previous construction, concrete, manufacturing, or industrial experience.
• Ability to perform heavy physical labor on a 10-hour shift.
• Lift/carry/push/pull up to 75 pounds regularly.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Build and assemble forms for concrete bridge supports and barriers.
• Pour, level, and finish concrete per specifications.
• Install and tie reinforcing steel (rebar) within forms.
• Operate hand and power tools and industrial equipment safely.
• Strip forms and move finished concrete products.
• Perform quality checks to meet company standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area.
• Follow safety regulations and OSHA guidelines.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

HEAVY INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTION WORKERS

Automation Personnel Services is seeking dependable and hardworking Heavy Industrial Production Workers to join our manufacturing team. Employees will assist in the production of precast concrete bridge supports, barriers, and other structural concrete products. This role requires working in a heavy industrial environment, performing physically demanding tasks, and following strict safety procedures.

Pay Rate

$18.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours

Monday through Friday 5:00am -3:30pm Additional hours as needed to support production schedules

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Build and assemble forms used for concrete bridge supports and barriers.
• Pour, level, and finish concrete according to specifications.
• Install and tie reinforcing steel (rebar) within concrete forms.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and industrial equipment safely.
• Assist with stripping forms and moving finished concrete products.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow all safety regulations, company policies, and OSHA guidelines.
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
