Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE) or Construction Management.
• 2+ years of experience in Heavy Highway / Civil construction.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Strong ability to prioritize with a detail-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist and act as a liaison between subcontractors, superintendents, and foremen.
• Support preparation of project cost reports and pay estimates.
• Assist with CPM scheduling.
• Manage and track submittals and RFIs.
• Support day-to-day project coordination and documentation.
