Job summary

Global Contracting Group is seeking a Full-Time Heavy Equipment Transport Driver (Lowboy) with experience to operate across the Southeast. The role involves transporting large heavy equipment, loading/unloading, and ensuring proper securing of loads, with travel may be required.

Experience with long-haul equipment, DOT rules, and safety practices is essential. A Class A CDL is required; doubles, triples, and hazmat endorsements are a plus, with per diem and hotel provided when out of town.

Experience

Pay

Based on experience.

Skills

• Understanding DOT rules, regulations, routes, permits and escorting procedures.
• Tractors are 4 axle 18 speeds, Day cabs, Trailers are 3 axle RGN 4 axle mod 11 axle beam.
• Loads range from 80,000 lb to 199,000 lb.

Endorsements

• Must have a Class A CDL.
