Job summary

Omega Morgan, Inc. is seeking heavy haul drivers and regular CDL drivers in multiple locations across the United States. The ideal candidate will have rigging experience and hold a Class A CDL.

You will operate multi-axle and heavy spec trucks, load and secure freight, and read permits while understanding over-dimensional laws. This role supports the rigging team on various projects. Compensation includes full-time hours with overtime potential, and benefits such as health, vision, dental, life,

Qualifications

3 years of CDL driving experience; heavy haul preferred.
Valid Class A CDL and DOT Medical Card.
Familiarity with oversize permits and DOT regulations.
Ability to load, secure, and unload cargo per DOT rules.

Responsibilities

Plan loads and trips to maximize time and resources.
Coordinate with Operations and dispatch to satisfy customers.
Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of vehicles.
Secure cargo using ropes, chains, binders and other equipment.
Drive up to ten hours daily in compliance with laws.
Mentor other drivers.
Maintain equipment and report issues to the operations team.
