Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A with appropriate endorsements.
• Proven heavy haul driving experience or similar role.
• Knowledge of federal and state transportation laws and regulations.
• Strong safety protocol knowledge in construction and transport.
• Ability to operate construction equipment for loading/unloading.
• Ability to operate and maneuver large vehicles in various weather/road conditions.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Physical stamina for heavy loads and demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy-duty trucks and trailers with specialized equipment for loading and unloading materials.
• Safely transport construction equipment to and from job sites, following traffic and safety rules.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and ensure equipment safety.
• Maintain records of inspections, cargo, and incident reports.
• Coordinate with dispatch and site supervisors for timely deliveries and pickups.
• Assist with onsite loading/unloading of materials as required.
• Follow company safety policies and procedures and maintain client relations.
