REIC Rentals in Brighton, CO is seeking a Field Service Technician to diagnose, maintain, and repair rental equipment across oilfield, construction, and industrial settings. You’ll work in the shop and on-site, tackling gas and diesel machines, HVAC systems, generators, and light towers while delivering top-notch customer support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years field service experience in oilfield, construction, heavy equipment, or industrial environments.
• Own tools and valid driver's license with clean MVR.
• Ability to read manuals, schematics, and diagnostics.
• Strong safety mindset and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on rental equipment in the shop.
• Install, service, and repair gas and diesel-powered machinery, HVAC systems, generators, and light towers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
• Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and document findings.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, hydraulic diagrams, and mechanical drawings.
• Maintain service records using mobile and digital reporting tools.
• Provide professional customer support, including training customers on operation and maintenance.
• Collaborate with teammates and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.

What You'll Do

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on rental equipment in the shop
• Install, service, and repair a variety of equipment, including gas and diesel‑powered machinery, HVAC systems, generators, and light towers
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues
• Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and document findings
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, hydraulic diagrams, and mechanical drawings
• Maintain accurate service records using mobile and digital reporting tools
• Provide professional customer support, including training customers on proper equipment operation and maintenance
• Collaborate with teammates and elevate complex technical issues when necessary
• Follow all company and customer safety policies and procedures

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of field service technician experience in oilfield, construction, heavy equipment, or industrial environments
• Personal set of technician tools
• Proven experience troubleshooting and repairing gas, diesel, HVAC, hydraulic, electrical, and lighting systems
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with experience supporting a diverse equipment fleet
• Ability to work safely in physically demanding environments and varying weather conditions
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic information
• Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly and professionally
• CDL preferred but not required
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (MVR required)
• Must be at least 21 years of age

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to walk, bend, lift, push, pull, and reach throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds multiple times per shift
