Job summary

Hutson Inc. in Michigan is seeking Heavy Equipment Technicians for Road and Shop work on large agricultural equipment. You will diagnose, service and repair customer- and dealer-owned machines, using electrical, mechanical and hydraulic knowledge.

The role pays $20-$40 per hour with overtime, plus a $1,250 annual tool allowance, uniform allowance, immediate PTO, and a company vehicle for road work. A fuel card is provided to support daily duties as part of a long-standing dealer network.

Qualifications

• Proficient knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems for agricultural and turf equipment.
• Ability to perform basic to advanced repairs using special tools and Technical Manual procedures.

Responsibilities

• The Technician will perform advanced diagnostics, service repairs and maintenance work on customer and/or dealer-owned large agricultural equipment.
