100Hires, Inc. in Redmond, WA is seeking an experienced MIG weld­er to join our direct-hire manufacturing team. You will lay down high-quality welds on steel components for large-scale machinery and collaborate with fabricators, engineers, and technicians to keep builds on track.

We value detail, craftsmanship, and a team-first attitude. Candidates should be able to pass a weld test and thrive in a safety-conscious environment with a 4x10 schedule and a three-day weekend.
