Job summary

Duke Rentals is seeking a Heavy Equipment Shop Mechanic at our Moorhead, MN location. This role performs preventative maintenance, diagnoses and repairs heavy machinery, and ensures equipment meets safety and manufacturer standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR.
• 3 years of experience in equipment repair or mechanical service.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and on a team.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair heavy equipment and machinery
• Ability to operate a variety of aerial lift equipment & related tools
• Service hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, ANSI, NFPA and manufacturer standards
• Maintain service records and documentation
• Coordinate repairs with shop supervisor and parts department
• Operate company service vehicle safely
