Job summary

Pape’ Machinery, Inc. is seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Shop Technicians to join the Wenatchee, WA team. In this role you will diagnose and repair construction and forestry equipment in a busy shop, with a path toward growth and strong support from leadership. Qualifications

• 5+ years of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of heavy equipment.
• Team-oriented attitude with ability to work with limited supervision.
• Must be able to complete a technical diagnostic and repair training program.
• Must provide own tools.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair construction and forestry equipment in the shop.
• Perform timely maintenance and repairs to maximize customer uptime.
• Collaborate with other technicians to ensure quality workmanship.
