Pape’Rents Seattle is seeking a Rental Field Mechanic to service material handling and construction equipment in the field and keep customers running smoothly.

You will diagnose and repair equipment, ensuring uptime and reliability, while delivering top-tier service in diverse conditions. The role offers training, competitive pay, and benefits in a growth-minded company.

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of JLG/Genie and other AWP equipment; diagnose and troubleshoot; aerial experience preferred.
• Experience with electronic and hydraulic repairs; diesel and gas engine repair.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
• Must provide own tools.
• Must be able to push, pull and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Driver's license with a good driving record.
• Must be comfortable working at heights.

Responsibilities

• Repair and service equipment in the field to maximize uptime and support customers.
• Travel across the Seattle area in a fully loaded service vehicle, performing top-notch work on equipment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As a Rental Field Mechanic, you will work on material handling and constructionequipment in the field ensuring equipment repairs are done accurately andtimely, all in an effort to maximize our equipment uptime and support ourcustomers and their rental equipment needs Every day, picture yourself travelingthe area in a fully loaded Pape’ service vehicle, performing top-notch work onequipment, interacting with customers, and knowing that they can count on you toget the job done right.

WHAT YOU NEED:

• Knowledge of JLG and Genie and other AWP Equipment with the ability todiagnose and troubleshoot; strong mechanical aptitude. Aerial experience isalso preferred!

COMPENSATION:

$37.92-47/HR (DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE)
