Job summary

Hunt Electric, Inc. seeks a full-time Heavy Equipment Operator to build roadway projects, street lighting, underground utilities, and electrical and communication systems in the Salt Lake City area.

The role involves operating excavators, loaders, and digger derricks, setting vaults, and light concrete work such as pole foundations, all while ensuring safety and teamwork on site. Qualifications

• Class A CDL with no restrictions preferred.
• Experience with installation of electrical or dry utilities.
• Concrete experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate excavators, loaders, and digger derricks on site.
• Set vaults and perform light concrete work (pole foundations).
• Assist with underground utilities installation and trenching.
• Work as part of a team to support underground utilities and excavation.
• Maintain safety and compliance with work hours.
