Qualifications

• Previous experience operating heavy construction equipment is preferred.
• Knowledge of general principles and practices of operating and servicing heavy construction equipment is preferred.
• Flexibility: Must be able to work outside in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety throughout operations based on MSHA and Vulcan standards.
• Safely operate off-highway equipment to transport materials.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the equipment.
• Maintain equipment performance and check fluid levels.
• Monitor plant operations and report any necessary adjustments.
