• Operate a rubber-tired tractor with front-mounted bucket to lift and transport demolition and MSW materials.
• Perform routine maintenance on the loader (lubricating, fueling, cleaning).
• Operate a skid steer loader with multiple attachments for different processes.
• Perform lot cleaning by removing debris manually and with equipment.
• Conduct snow removal during snow events, including salting and sanding for safety.
• Direct customers to proper offloading locations by material.
• Assist customers with unloading material when needed.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to schedule delivery of material to disposal locations.
• Perform facility and stormwater inspections with site manager.
