Qualifications

• Regular attendance at the worksite or assigned location.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Good safety, behavior and attendance record.
• Willingness to work in a team with co-workers and managers.
• Willingness to do other work including heavy labor.
• Willingness to work outside in all weather extremes.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including swing/graveyard shifts and weekends.
• Ability to work near, around or on light or heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor mobile aggregate mining and processing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow safety rules and MSHA regulations.
• Perform preventive maintenance and pre-shift inspections; clean/repair equipment as needed.
• Maintain overall plant, equipment, and site housekeeping.
• Complete required paperwork timely and accurately.
• Collaborate with team and managers; adapt to additional duties as needed.
