Job summary

New hires attend in-person orientation and safety training at the Dallas corporate office; travel support is provided for trips over 50 miles. A strong safety record and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Operates motor graders, track mobiles, haul units and heavy equipment safely.
• Performs daily pre-shift inspections and reports needed repairs.
• Follows MSHA/OSHA safety regulations and site policies.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment to move materials and load products.
• Transport raw materials from railcars to stockpiles and loading areas.
• Assist with equipment maintenance and housekeeping as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and follow safety procedures.
• Work irregular shifts including days/nights and weekends as required.
