Job summary

Vali Incorporated is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator in South Carolina to operate a range of heavy machinery such as bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and cranes. You will perform inspections, load cargo, and move equipment within facilities and on ships when required.

The role requires 2–4 years of hands-on heavy equipment experience, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work in non-climate-controlled environments. A valid driver’s license and CAC access are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-4 years of hands-on experience operating heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-start inspections, routine equipment checks and report deficiencies.
• Load and unload equipment, containers, materials and stock onto trucks and shipments.
• Move equipment and materials within the facility or to deployment areas.
• Operate equipment in outdoor/non-climate-controlled environments, including shipboard settings.
• Maintain records of equipment usage, hours and incidents.
• Collaborate with warehouse, logistics and transport teams for equipment staging.
• Assist in training less-experienced operators or laborers.
