Job summary

Loveland Excavating and Paving is seeking a reliable, hard-working individual to join our growing team. This on-site role involves operating heavy equipment, reading construction layouts, and following strict safety policies across Cincinnati, NKY, and Indiana.

You will need 2–3 years of operator experience, strong work ethic, and the ability to work 40+ hours including occasional Saturdays. Apositive attitude and team spirit are essential for success in our crew-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent multitasking and attention to detail.
• Clear communicator across verbal, text and phone.
• Physically capable of lifting 50–75 lbs on rugged terrain.

• Operator with 2–3 years of heavy equipment experience.

Responsibilities

• Understand and execute daily and weekly work plans.
• Operate safely in all weather conditions.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and layout stakes.
• Operate dozers for bulk and finish grading (experience required).
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Adhere strictly to our Employee Safety Policy.
• Arrive on time, alert, and prepared to work.
• Available to work 40+ hours per week, including occasional Saturdays.
