Job Summary

Operates a variety of heavy equipment vehicles for spreading and compacting waste at post-collection facilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment following safety policies and procedures
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance; keep accurate records
• Move raw materials and finished components using material handling equipment
• Follow standard operating procedures for vehicle operation and maintenance
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education: None required.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Work Environment

Work involves physical effort, exposure to dirt, odors, noise, weather, and occasional handling of objects under 30 pounds. Use motor coordination and may involve exposure to occupational risks.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay Range: $21.15 - $31.73. Eligible employees receive comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401K, stock plans, paid time off, and more.
