Job summary

Qualifications

• Progressively responsible experience with a minimum of one year in the operation of varied heavy equipment in road work.
• Ability to understand and follow simple oral and written instructions.
• Knowledge of safe, efficient operation and care of heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operates heavy equipment for highway maintenance (bulldozer, loaders, dump trucks).
• Cleans, inspects, and performs routine maintenance on equipment.
• Performs manual labor and other duties to maintain work schedule.
