City of Laredo seeks a Heavy Equipment Operator to perform skilled maintenance and excavation tasks using backhoes, graders, and loaders. The role requires at least two years of heavy equipment experience and a Texas CDL class A or B; a clean motor vehicle record is also required.
Work includes installing and maintaining water lines, repairing pipes, and assisting in construction projects in outdoor environments with exposure to hazards. Equal opportunity employer.
Operates light heavy equipment, including 18 wheel vehicles and small tractors. Repairs City utilities, lays pipelines, and performs other maintenance and excavation work requiring heavy equipment operation.
