Job summary

You will operate heavy equipment, learn drill patterns, complete daily reports, and adhere to safety policies. The position pays $20–$22 hourly with travel stipends, full-time benefits including ESOP, 401(k), health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance.

Qualifications

• Experience with earth-moving construction equipment, farm equipment, or similar is helpful.
• Valid Driver's License with own transportation.
• Experience as construction laborer is preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude around equipment, motors, hydraulics, and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate and learn drill patterns and layouts as directed by Foreman/Blaster.
• Maintain safety-minded approach and work well in varying weather conditions.
• Travel out of town and overtime may be required.
• Perform daily maintenance for safe operation of assigned equipment.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
