Qualifications

• Must have at least two years of construction experience.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Operate equipment in an efficient manner and follow on-site management instructions.
• Be capable and willing to maintain equipment as needed.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Able to work 50 to 70 hours per week.
• Able to enter the cab of a vehicle or piece of equipment that is 3.5 feet or more off the ground.
