Engineers Construction, Inc. in Williston is hiring for a Heavy Equipment Operator with 10 plus years’ experience in site work, underground utility, and highway construction. The position requires experience operating excavators, dozers, and loaders. Technical skills should include practical knowledge of pipeline construction, road work, grading and layout, plan reading, and basic equipment mechanics. A CDL driver's license is a plus. Applicants should be able to work and operate unsupervised (when safe to do so) and work well with others. Good problem‑solving skills, communication skills, and attention to detail are essential. The applicant must also be organized, neat, and professional.

• Location: Williston, VT with assignments throughout VT likely
• Rate of Pay: $27.00 - $33.00 / Hour
