Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 0–3+ years experience in mining/aggregates preferred.
• Ability to work shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays.
• Must pass ATF background check (blasting support).

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment: loaders, haul trucks, dozers, water trucks, skid steers, drills
• Support crusher operations + rock breaker
• Perform pre-shift inspections and keep equipment running safely
• Handle material movement, loading, and plant cleanup
• Assist with quarry blasting operations (ATF background required)
• Track production data, weights, and daily logs
• Perform basic maintenance (grease, fluids, inspections)
• Experience operating equipment in quarry, mining, construction, or heavy industrial environments
• Strong focus on safety + production
• Willingness to work outdoors (heat, dust, noise)
• Comfortable with physical work (50-65 lbs) and manual labor
• Team player with solid communication skills
