Job summary

PRC Grading Inc in Rome, GA is hiring a full-time Heavy Equipment Operator to operate bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and other heavy machinery on site. The role involves digging, building, and moving materials, with strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

You will also perform routine maintenance and inspections, read task instructions, and collaborate with crew members to complete projects efficiently and safely. In-person work location is Rome, GA 30161.

Qualifications

• Operate heavy equipment including bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and similar machinery.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or instructions for tasks.

• Operate various types of heavy equipment, including bulldozers, excavators, loaders, skid steers, and articulated dump trucks.
• Perform digging, building, and material movement using equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines while operating equipment.

• Operate various types of heavy equipment, including but not limited to bulldozers, excavators ,loaders, skid steers articulated dumptrucks etc
• Perform tasks such as digging, building, and moving materials using equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines while operating equipment.
• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.

Skills:

• Proficient in operating a variety of heavy equipment,trucks, bulldozers, backhoes,loaders,excavaters etc.
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and protocols related to heavy equipment operation.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or instructions for specific tasks.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
• Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members.
