Job summary

Living Earth in Texas is seeking experienced heavy equipment operators to run front-end loaders and excavators on our busy work sites. You will operate and minimally maintain the equipment, load mulches, soils, compost, sands and gravels into trucks, and follow safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of front-end loader operation.
• Minimum 1 year of excavator operation.
• Strong verbal communication and customer service.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment (front-end loaders, excavators, grinders, screeners) safely.
• Load mulches, soils, compost, sands and gravels into trucks.
• Maintain and safely store equipment; complete pre/post-shift checks.
• Complete paperwork and reports promptly.
• Provide recommendations to improve environmental performance.

The successful candidate will operate and minimally maintain front loaders and excavators on our work site. Pre-shift/post-shift equipment per standard operating procedures.Timely completion of all paperwork, reports and other documentation.Provide recommendations for maintaining and improving environmental performance.Successful Candidates Attributes:At least one year of front-end loader operation.At least one year of excavator operation.Strong disposition for positive customer service; go above and beyond for customers.Strong communication skills especially verbal communication.A can-do attitude to work in all types of weather conditions.Living Earth is an equal opportunity employer.
