Job summary

R+L Carriers at Golden Ocala Golf Club / World Equestrian Center in Ocala, FL seeks a Dozer Operator for on-site work. This full-time position offers multiple shifts and pay depends on experience.

You will operate GPS-enabled dozers for digging, grading, trenching, and earthmoving, follow OSHA safety rules, and work with foremen, surveyors and crews to move earth efficiently. Candidates should be reliable and safety-minded to help keep projects on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment in compliance with the company's operating safety policies and procedures.
• Ensure company equipment and materials are maintained, kept clean, and stored in a safe manner.
• Keep work area and equipment clean by collecting and disposing of trash and excess materials daily.
• Proactively communicate with foreman, superintendent, and coworkers.
• Properly follow all company policies and OSHA regulations for safe working procedures and the environment.
• Operate GPS-enabled dozers for digging, grading, trenching, and earthmoving tasks with precision.
• Utilize GPS technology to achieve accurate positioning and excavation control.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks and report equipment malfunctions.
• Collaborate with team members, including surveyors and supervisors, to ensure project efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and adhere to safety protocols at all times.
